what we collect
if you join the waitlist: your email address, your first name if you give it, the fact and time of your consent, and your IP address, which we use only to prevent abuse of the form.
if you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address and order details. payment is taken by Stripe. card numbers go to Stripe directly and we never see or store them.
if you contact us: whatever you choose to put in your message.
why we use it, and our lawful basis
marketing emails rely on your consent. you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.
order processing, delivery and subscription management rely on performance of our contract with you.
fraud prevention, security and keeping proper business records rely on our legitimate interests, and on our legal obligations where accounting law applies.
who we share it with
we use a small number of processors: Stripe for payments and subscription management, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, and Sanity for website content. we also share delivery details with the carrier that brings your order. we do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
international transfers
some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom. where that happens, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.
how long we keep it
waitlist and marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, or after a long period of no engagement, whichever comes first. order records: six years, which is the period UK tax law requires. contact messages: up to two years.
your rights
you have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. email info@sagenootropics.com and we will respond within one month.
if you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

this site uses only what it needs to function. we do not run advertising or profiling cookies. if that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page. Stripe sets cookies during checkout to process payments and prevent fraud.
